Performance parameters and load test requirements
Static load test: A rubber block with a diameter 25 millimeters smaller than the overall outer diameter of the anchor cover, a thickness of 25 millimeters, and a Shore hardness of 55A-70A is used. It is placed on the well cover that has been matched with the anchor cover and well seat, and then placed under the testing machine. A static load of 31.7 Kg/cm is applied through the rubber block. The pressurization speed shall not exceed 4536Kg/min. Under a static load of 31.7Kg/cm, the anchor cover cannot undergo permanent deformation, and cracking of the material itself and surface coating, or damage to the anchor well seat, are considered unqualified.
Location and function of use
The ground anchor cover is used to protect the anchor bolts in the anchoring area of aircraft parking positions, making the road surface smooth and beautiful, and achieving the purpose of easy cleaning and snow removal.
